Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Cargamos Mobility, Inc. ("Cargamos", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through cargamos.com and the Cargamos client portal (the "Site"). Information we process for our clients inside the Cargamos platform is governed by our agreements with those clients.
1. Information we collect.
(a) Information you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number, country, industry, size of your operation and any message you send through the Request info form, and the login details of client accounts. (b) Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through server logs and essential cookies.
2. How we use it.
To reply to your requests and set up conversations; to provide, secure and maintain the Site and client accounts; to send service-related messages; to improve the Site; and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Cookies.
We use cookies and similar technologies that the Site needs to work, such as keeping you signed in. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first.
4. How we share it.
With service providers that host the Site, store data or send emails for us, under confidentiality obligations; with our professional advisers; when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety; and as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Retention.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop non-essential emails, by writing to hello@cargamos.com. Depending on where you live, including Texas, other U.S. states or Mexico, you may have more rights under local law, and we will respond as that law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
8. International transfers.
We operate in the United States and Mexico, so your information may be processed in either country.
9. Children.
The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
