Last updated: November 3, 2026These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at cargamos.com and the Cargamos client portal (together, the "Site"), operated by Cargamos Mobility, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 8777 W Rayford Rd, Ste 110, The Woodlands, TX 77389 ("Cargamos", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site and our services.
The Site describes Cargamos's software and services. Use of the Cargamos platform by our clients is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Accounts.
Client accounts are created by Cargamos for authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@cargamos.com about any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of any law; (b) try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts or our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or sending excessive automated requests; (d) copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell any part of the Site, except as the law allows; or (e) submit false or misleading information.
4. Information you submit.
When you submit a request or other information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
5. Intellectual property.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to Cargamos or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Cargamos, the Cargamos logo and related marks are trademarks of Cargamos. No rights are granted except as these Terms expressly state.
6. Third-party links.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Cargamos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the Site is general and may change without notice.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cargamos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cargamos harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination.
We may suspend or end access to the Site or to any account at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.
11. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
